CEX is the leading second hand goods chain based in the UK, specialising in technology, computing and video games.

The Brief

CeX holds an annual conference inviting its franchisees from across the UK and abroad to come together to discuss the firm’s profit, growth, and strategy for the coming year. We have proudly hosted CeX’s annual conference for the past four years. This year CEX wanted a lively and engaging conference that incorporated the use of technology.

Our Solution

The 2016 two-day conference for 135 delegates was hosted at The Crowne Plaza in Birmingham City Centre with Jason Bradbury, of The Gadget show, as guest speaker. Keen to encourage interaction from attendees using new forms of technology the team introduced an app called Meetoo which allowed representatives to post comments and questions for the speakers via a live feed. The live polling function also allowed CeX to gather vital data from the delegates.
