Motivates Inc. Ltd provides a number of employee engagement, incentive, reward and recognition products and services. These include, but are not limited to, Lifestyle Vouchers, Gifts & Hampers, Events, Hospitality and Incentive Travel.
Lifestyle Vouchers, powered by Motivates Inc. Ltd, can be redeemed against a broad range of retail and leisure brands. Each voucher has a unique reference which must be quoted when exchanging. Vouchers and the associated references must be kept safely and securely. We take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of voucher theft, impersonation or identity fraud. We reserve the right to cancel vouchers or credit balances that we deem to have been obtained fraudulently.
Using Lifestyle Vouchers
To redeem, you must first create an account and register your Lifestyle Voucher online at www.thelifestylevoucher.co.uk. This will create account credit which can then be exchanged to a retailer of your choice. Lifestyle Vouchers and account credit cannot be used directly instore and/or online with any retailers.
Lifestyle Vouchers are valid two years from date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher or advised upon successful activation. You must use the voucher before this expiry date or it will no longer be valid. Account Credit can be used until the expiry of the original voucher and is non-refundable.
Lifestyle Vouchers allow a range of redemption options from a variety of third party retailers. Although the selection detailed in the pack is correct at the time of printing, it may change from time to time. If your redemption option is higher in price than the value of your original voucher, you will need to pay the price difference. Any remaining Account Credit can be used until the original expiry date of the Lifestyle Voucher and is non-refundable.
Packaging & Delivery
We charge £1.99 delivery for up to three packs to the same UK address. Packs ordered before 4pm on weekdays will be sent by Royal Mail First Class post the same day. Royal Mail advises that delivery may take between 1-5 working days. If a pack is required and your order is urgent, you can also request an eVoucher to be emailed free of charge by calling our Customer Service Team on 0345 640 7610. Alternatively, you can choose our courier service or collect from our North London Head Office.
All orders can be sent to you, directly to the recipient or to another address at your request. If you haven’t received the delivery within a reasonable timeframe and you believe it has gone astray in the post please contact us as soon as possible. If you have a delayed, lost or missing Lifestyle Voucher, subject to checks to ensure it hasn’t been redeemed, we’ll be able to cancel the original order and provide an eVoucher free of charge. Physical Lifestyle Vouchers that you require reissuing will be subject to postage and packaging costs. Whilst we will do our utmost to ensure that your gift or voucher is received on time, in circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes, extreme weather conditions or other force majeure we are unable to be held liable for the delay.
For more urgent deliveries, we recommend our courier service. Orders placed by 4pm on working weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Details of this non-refundable service are as follows:
- Day Courier - Next working weekday delivery - £5.95
- UK mainland delivery only
- The courier charge covers up to five Gift Packs or Envelopes to the same address
- Orders placed on Fridays after 4pm, or at any time on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working weekday
- Deliveries are usually made at any time up to 5.30pm, but may be up to 9pm on particularly busy days before Christmas
- No signature is required

All prices displayed on our website (against which our Lifestyle Vouchers can be redeemed) are maintained on a regular basis and are correct to the best of our knowledge when published. In the rare event of an incorrect price, description, charge or discounted item, we reserve the right not to supply the item/s.
We will correct errors as soon as we are aware of them and contact customers directly to determine their wish to proceed with any affected order at the correct price/description. For customers we cannot contact, or those who do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel and refund or credit the price paid.
Promotional Codes and Discounts
Only one valid promotional offer or discount code can be applied per customer and can only be used if a discount has not already been applied or if the item/s have not already been discounted. Promotional offers or discount codes must not be used with existing vouchers or credit balances.
They may be subject to specific terms, conditions or validity periods and may be withdrawn without notice at any time. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any ‘Cashback’ websites. We reserve the right to restrict their use in conjunction with vouchers, credit balances or Points balances, or order values.
Certain products are excluded from all promotional offers and won’t work with discounts. For details please contact us for details. We reserve the right to void vouchers or credit balances acquired through violation of these conditions.
Refunds on unused Lifestyle Vouchers can be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are always made to the person or business account that purchased the original voucher and will be issued in the form of a credit note or as credit to use on future Lifestyle purchases. Refunds cannot be made if a Lifestyle Voucher has already been exchanged for a third party retail voucher, eVoucher, Gift Card, Gift Card Code or eGift Card.
Once you have exchanged your Lifestyle Voucher for a retailer of your choice, changes or cancellations will not be possible. You will also be bound by the third party retailer's own terms and conditions regarding cancellations or changes.
Some Lifestyle Voucher redemption options are subject to restrictions such as specific validity periods, delivery formats or in store / online only redemption, specified by our partners. Full details for each retailer can be found in the Important Information section for all brands shown at thelifestylevoucher.co.uk/brands.
Description and Availability
The information provided about each Lifestyle Voucher option is correct at the time of print. However, redemption options are all offered subject to availability and some details may change. Current details are always available at thelifestylevoucher.co.uk. If an option is listed as Out of Stock, please try again in the next few days, or select an alternative.

We welcome your feedback on our Lifestyle Vouchers and our redemption process. Once Lifestyle Vouchers have been redeemed against third party vouchers, complaint procedures are as detailed on the third parties website.
Gifts & Hampers
Motivates Inc. Ltd provides a broad range of services to offer, source and deliver gifts and hampers across mainland UK. International delivery can also be arranged, with details discussed at the time or ordering. As these products are delivered direct by our suppliers, collection from our offices and use of our standard courier service is not available.

Events, Hospitality & Incentive Travel
On creating or confirming an event, including incentive travel, with Motivates Inc. Ltd clients are asked to complete and sign an Events Order Form detailing a full breakdown of terms and costs. The Events Order Form is a contract and upon signing the Events order form you are confirming Motivates Inc. Ltd. For full details please email the Events team at email@example.com.
Other Terms and Conditions
All prices quoted in our promotional literature and on our website include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to increase the price of any product without notice.
In order to maintain the highest standard of customer service and to help with the ongoing training of employees, we listen to and occasionally record telephone calls.
Whilst we take every care in choosing our suppliers, inclusion in our services and portfolios of products does not mean that we guarantee their safety standards or the satisfactory performance of any of the suppliers. Our liability for any claim of breach of obligation regarding any single voucher or order shall not exceed the price of that voucher. Funds on vouchers (Lifestyle Vouchers or any other supplied third party voucher) are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer becoming insolvent, some funds on our vouchers may not be available to spend.
The text, illustrations and images used in all promotional literature are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of Motivates Inc. Ltd.
All of the above terms and conditions apply as a condition of using any voucher or service from Motivates Inc. Ltd. With vouchers, whether or not the voucher holder is the original purchaser. Motivates Inc. Ltd reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with English law. The purchaser and Motivates Inc. Ltd agree that any issues fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Data Protection & GDPR
On behalf of The Lifestyle Voucher, Motivates Inc. Ltd complies with each of the eight principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Those principles require that data is:
- Fairly and lawfully processed
- Processed for limited purposes
- Adequate, relevant and not excessive
- Not kept longer than necessary
- Processed in accordance with the data subject's rights
- Not transferred outside the EU without adequate protection
